ACCEPT_EULA=true
By installing or running any Mulvox binary using the installer script with ACCEPT_EULA=true, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms below.
1. Definitions
"Software" refers to the Mulvox Ecosystem, including all compiled binaries: mulvox-panel, onifast-aero, mulvox-dns, mulvox-mail, mulvox-ftp, mulvox-cloud, and mulvox-relay, together with their associated installer scripts, configuration templates, and documentation.
"Licensor" refers to the Mulvox project and its maintainers.
"Licensee" or "User" refers to any individual or organization that installs, runs, or otherwise uses the Software.
"Commercial Use" refers to use of the Software in a production environment to generate revenue, including but not limited to: offering hosting services, SaaS platforms, or reselling server capacity to paying customers.
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and Self-Host
Install and run the Software on servers you own or lawfully control, for personal or commercial infrastructure purposes.
Offer Hosting Services
Use the Software as the underlying infrastructure to sell web hosting, DNS, email, or storage services to your own customers.
Modify Configuration
Configure, customize, and integrate the Software with your own systems, databases, and infrastructure.
3. Restrictions
The Licensee is explicitly prohibited from:
Redistributing the Software
Repackaging, reselling, or redistributing the Mulvox binaries or installer as a standalone product without written authorization from the Licensor.
Reverse Engineering
Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Mulvox binary beyond what is permitted under the Go toolchain's standard linking requirements.
Removing Attribution
Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright notices, license notices, or attribution markers within the Software or its documentation.
False Endorsement
Using the Mulvox name, logo, or trademarks in any way that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, or official partnership with the Licensor.
4. Third-Party Open Source Components
The Mulvox binaries statically link several open-source Go libraries. These components retain their original licenses and copyrights. A complete list of all third-party dependencies and their respective license texts is available on the Open Source Credits page.
The inclusion of these components does not affect the proprietary nature of the Mulvox Software as a whole. Each library is used in accordance with the permissions granted by its respective open-source license.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

❓ License FAQ
Common questions about using, deploying, and distributing Mulvox.
Can I use Mulvox for free?
Yes. Mulvox binaries are freely distributed and can be downloaded at no cost. There is no charge for personal or commercial self-hosting use. The license restriction is about redistributing the software itself, not about charging your hosting customers.
Can I build a web hosting business using Mulvox?
Absolutely. You are encouraged to use Mulvox as the backend for your hosting business. You can sell web, email, DNS, and storage services to your customers running on your Mulvox-powered server — that is one of the primary use cases the software was built for.
Can I modify the binary or patch it?
You may modify configuration files and use supported API endpoints and configuration options. However, decompiling or patching the binary itself is prohibited under this license. If you need a custom build or feature, contact us at dev@mulvox.com.
What about the open-source libraries inside Mulvox?
Mulvox statically links several open-source Go packages (MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0). Those libraries remain under their original licenses. The full list with license texts is available on the Open Source Credits page. The proprietary license applies only to the Mulvox-authored code.
Can I include Mulvox in a Docker image or cloud template?
Yes, for your own infrastructure use. Pre-built Mulvox Docker images or cloud VM templates for internal or customer use are permitted. Publicly publishing such images to a registry where others can download and use Mulvox through your distribution channel may require additional authorization — contact us to confirm.
Who do I contact for commercial licensing questions?
