By accessing or using any Onifast software, panel, documentation, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
No Liability & Disclaimer
Onifast, its developers, contributors, and affiliates expressly disclaim all responsibility for any damages, data loss, system failure, or other malfunction — whether caused by the use of Onifast software, misconfiguration, third-party interference, hardware failure, or any other cause whatsoever, including causes beyond our reasonable control.
By using any component of the Onifast Ecosystem, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Onifast is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the software.
- Data loss, corruption, or unavailability — regardless of cause — is solely your responsibility to mitigate through appropriate backup and recovery measures.
- System malfunctions, downtime, or degraded performance do not entitle you to compensation, refund, or any other remedy unless explicitly agreed in a separate written support contract.
- Onifast makes no guarantee of uptime, reliability, or fitness for any specific workload or production environment.
Important: You assume all risks associated with deploying and operating Onifast in any environment. Onifast shall not be held liable under any circumstances for outcomes resulting from your use or misuse of the software.
Furthermore, Onifast hereby declares that it is entirely free from any responsibility arising from the misuse of the Onifast Ecosystem by any party. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, abuse of infrastructure, deployment for illegal activities, or any other use that violates these Terms or applicable law. The User is solely and fully responsible for how they deploy and operate the Onifast Ecosystem and any consequences thereof.
Any party found to be misusing the Onifast Ecosystem may have their access permanently revoked and may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any component of the Onifast Ecosystem — including but not limited to onifast-panel, onifast-aero, onifast-dns, onifast-mail, onifast-ftp, onifast-s3, and onifast-relay — you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of Onifast software and related services.
Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, Onifast grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Onifast software for the following purposes:
- Self-hosting and administering web servers, DNS, mail, FTP, and object storage on your own infrastructure or servers you lawfully control.
- Internal business operations, development environments, and personal projects.
- Reselling hosting services to end-customers using Onifast as the underlying infrastructure platform, provided you comply with all applicable laws.
- Integration with third-party services and APIs as permitted by applicable third-party terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Onifast complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Onifast software or services:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Onifast binary beyond what is permitted under applicable open-source licenses.
- Using Onifast to distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or any illegal material.
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security or authentication mechanisms of the software.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Onifast software itself as a standalone commercial product without express written permission.
- Using Onifast to conduct unauthorized access to third-party systems, networks, or data.
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with Onifast in any public communications.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
Intellectual Property
All source code, binaries, trademarks, logos, documentation, and design elements of the Onifast Ecosystem are the intellectual property of the Onifast project and its contributors, unless otherwise noted.
Certain components of Onifast incorporate third-party open-source libraries. The licenses for those libraries are listed in our Open Source Credits page. Those libraries remain the property of their respective authors and are governed by their own licenses.
The Onifast name and logo may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Onifast software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The software will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- The software will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without data loss.
- Any defects or security vulnerabilities will be corrected within any specific time frame.
You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with using Onifast in production environments.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Onifast, its developers, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Service interruptions or system failures.
- Security breaches resulting from misconfiguration by the user.
- Damages arising from unauthorized use of your server panel credentials.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for any Onifast commercial license in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to such liability, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
Ecosystem Misuse & Indemnification
Onifast expressly declares that it bears no responsibility whatsoever for any misuse of the Onifast Ecosystem by any individual, organization, or third party. The Onifast Ecosystem is a neutral infrastructure tool Onifast does not control, monitor, or endorse how users deploy or operate it.
Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Deploying the Onifast Ecosystem to host or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Using Onifast infrastructure to conduct cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or denial-of-service attacks against third-party systems.
- Exploiting Onifast components to facilitate fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes.
- Operating the Onifast Ecosystem in violation of the laws of any jurisdiction in which you operate.
- Allowing unauthorized third parties to access or control your Onifast installation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onifast, its developers, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Onifast Ecosystem.
- Your violation of these Terms of Use.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Any content hosted, transmitted, or processed through your Onifast installation.
Zero Tolerance: Onifast reserves the right to permanently revoke access, report misuse to law enforcement, and pursue all available legal remedies against parties found to be misusing the Onifast Ecosystem.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any provision herein.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Onifast software and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive any termination.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Indonesia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Onifast software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
